Fight Your Debt Collector In Court Without a Lawyer

CEO/Founder/Lawyer

Greg Anjewierden

I started Debtbrief with the goal of helping people being sued by debt collectors. During the early part of my career as a lawyer I worked as a debt collector. I learned how unfair the system is to people who cannot afford a lawyer. So I came up with the idea for Debtbrief. When someone can’t afford a lawyer, or it doesn’t make sense for them to hire a lawyer due to the small size of the debt, they still need help defending their lawsuit. So I developed several tools to help. Here at Debtbrief you’ll find courses to teach you how to defend your own case, forms to prepare your legal filings, and many other resources. I’m confident that regardless of your situation with debt, Debtbrief has something that can help you.
